Wycliffe Estates Ltd developed Parkway Central Phase 1 comprising a Gala Bingo unit and associated parking, totalling a floor area of 25,000 sq ft and completed in 1994.

Phase 2 of the scheme completed the retail park in 2002 and comprised a 50,000 sq ft Matalan store, a 7,500 sq ft Brantano Footwear store, a 7,500 sq ft Home Bargains store and a 2,000 sq ft Carphone Warehouse store.

Phase 3 was leased to and developed by Storebox Ltd in 2016. In 2021 Storebox purchased the freehold of their site.

Parkway Central Retail Park was developed by Wycliffe Estates Ltd, Phase 1 continues to be retained within the Group portfolio, Phase 2 was sold in 2004 to an institutional investor.
